Terms of Service
Effective June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and North West Maple LLC (“North West Maple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of GME Radar at gmeradar.com and any related pages, dashboards, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. What the Service is
GME Radar is a market-data and analytics tool focused on a single security (GameStop Corp., “GME”). It aggregates and presents third-party data — including options flow, off-exchange (“dark pool”) prints, SEC filings, price and chart data, technical signals, and automatically generated summaries and reads. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not execute trades and is not connected to any brokerage account.
3. Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. Authentication and account management are handled by our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing
- Plan. Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription (“Radar Pro”) at the price displayed at sign-up (currently US$19.99 per month). Prices may change on a going-forward basis with notice.
- Free trial. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal linked in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.
- Taxes. Stated prices may not include applicable taxes, which you are responsible for where required.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract data or output from the Service, or share your account with others;
- reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to violate any law or any third-party rights, or in any way that breaches the terms of our upstream data providers.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, brand marks, and original analytics and summaries, is owned by North West Maple LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers.
7. Third-party data and services
The Service relies on third-party sources and providers, including market-data vendors, SEC EDGAR, Yahoo Finance, Clerk, Stripe, and our hosting and network providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of third-party data or services. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. See the Disclaimer.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be accurate or timely.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTH WEST MAPLE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North West Maple LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

Privacy Policy
Effective June 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how North West Maple LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use GME Radar (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, our identity provider (Clerk) collects your email address and, if you provide it, your name. We receive a user identifier and your email so we can manage your account and access.
- Payment information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number; we retain only subscription status and identifiers needed to manage billing (e.g., customer and subscription IDs, plan status, period dates).
- Usage data. We record limited usage tied to your account — for example, counts of AI analysis requests for rate-limiting and feature operation.
- Technical and log data. Our servers and network provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request times for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- To authenticate you and manage your account and subscription;
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse;
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions:
- Clerk — authentication and account management;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider — content delivery, security, and infrastructure;
- Anthropic — when you explicitly trigger an AI analysis, the relevant filing/data context is sent to the model provider to generate the analysis.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function — for example, to keep you signed in (set by Clerk) and to support security and fraud prevention (Cloudflare, Stripe). We do not use the Service for third-party advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may access or update your account information through your account settings, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
The Service is operated from the United States and information is processed there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing of your information in the United States.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.

Disclaimer
Effective June 6, 2026
1. No advisory relationship
North West Maple LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized investment advice or manage assets. Using the Service does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
2. Informational and educational only
Everything the Service presents — options flow, dark-pool prints, filings, charts, key levels, technical signals, the lean signal, and daily reads or summaries — is general information derived from underlying data. It is not personalized to your situation and is not a stock pick or a call to act.
3. Data accuracy and timeliness
Data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. Options-flow and dark-pool prints are inherently delayed and may be reported on a delayed-disclosure basis. Price and chart data are delayed market data provided for reference only — not for execution or order routing — and may differ from your broker’s quotes. Empty or zeroed metrics do not necessarily indicate market inactivity.
4. Automated and AI-generated content
Signals, scores, summaries, and AI-generated analyses are produced automatically from the underlying data. They reflect general opinion rather than individualized advice and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.
5. Risk of loss
Trading securities and options involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire principal. Options in particular can expire worthless. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating the information provided and for any actions you take. North West Maple LLC accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on the Service. See the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
Effective June 6, 2026
We want you to be able to evaluate GME Radar before you pay. That’s why every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial — the trial is your opportunity to decide whether the Service is right for you.
1. Free trial
New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged at the displayed price.
2. No refunds on subscription charges
Monthly subscription charges, including renewal charges, are non-refundable, in whole or in part. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not use the Service.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your account (powered by Stripe). When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will keep access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. To cancel, open your account and select “Manage subscription,” or email [email protected] for help.
4. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction, we will honor it. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will review your situation in good faith.
