GameStop Warrant Watch

GME WS · strike $32.00 · one share per warrant · expire Oct 30, 2026 at the close · ~59.1M outstanding · GME1 options deliver 100 GME + 10 GME WS · OCC memo #57391

GameStop's October 2025 warrant dividend expires in sixteen trading sessions. This page tracks the run-in once a day from the settled option chains: how far the stock sits from the $32 strike, what the options market implies about finishing above it, the warrant price implied by GME1−GME put-call parity, the decay in GME1 call open interest as holders exercise to capture the warrant leg, and a daily EDGAR check for any amendment to the Warrant Agreement.

The OCC landmine

GME1 options will not be adjusted for the warrants' value at expiry. OCC memo #57391: when the warrants expire the contracts stop delivering them and "no adjustment will be made to the adjusted contracts to compensate for any in-the-money value the GME Warrants may have at the time of their expiration." A GME1 call holder who wants the warrant leg has to exercise the option before Oct 30. Deliverable change expected effective Nov 2, 2026.

The series, session by session

Every close since Oct 9. A blank cell means the input was stale or the quotes were too wide at the close; nothing is projected or carried forward.

How this works

See the flow around the strike while it's happening.

The terminal shows every GME and GME1 options print, the dealer gamma that pins or releases price near $32, and the dark-pool prints behind the hedging — plus every new filing read in context.

FAQ

When do the warrants expire?

At the close of business — 5:00 p.m. New York time — on October 30, 2026 (Warrant Agreement §3.02). Each warrant buys one share at $32.00. The OCC memo carries the words "unless extended".

What happens to GME1 options at expiry?

They stop delivering the 10 warrants, with no compensating adjustment for whatever those warrants were worth. Holders of in-the-money GME1 calls who want the warrant leg must exercise before the warrants expire; the OCC memo says they "bear sole responsibility for determining when to exercise".

Can the company lower the strike?

Yes — §4.01 lets GameStop decrease the Strike Price (or raise the exercise rate) for at least 20 business days if it decides that is in the company's interest. Any material amendment needs an 8-K; the card's 8-K line flips the day one is filed.

How many warrants are there?

59,153,963 shares were registered for issuance on exercise. The company reported 6,717 exercises in fiscal 2025 and 2,534 in the six months to August 1, 2026 — about 59.14 million outstanding at that date.

Is "options-implied P(ITM)" a prediction?

No. It is N(d2) from the $32 Oct-30 call's own implied volatility: what the options market is pricing, under its assumptions. It says nothing about what the stock will do.
